We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand, Australia and Worldwide . Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas.

Standard Rates

Domestic (within New Zealand): Flat rate Auckland area, North Island, South Island. Rural.

International: Flat rate $50.00NZD.

3. Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Within New Zealand: 2-4 business days.

International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable). You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)

For orders shipped outside New Zealand, customs or import duties may be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or the customer’s absence, the courier may return the package to us. In such cases:
