1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty, defective, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Examples of faults include:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Items damaged in transit (see Section 5 below).

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or

  • Provide a refund for the missing or incorrect item.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or not as described.
