Refund & Returns Policy
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions.

Unworn, unwashed, with original packaging & tags attached
No stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Not a final sale item
*We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind so please think carefully before you make your purchase.
Store Credit & Exchanges:
Store credit (valid for 1 years) available for all eligible returns (excluding final sale).
One-time size exchange available. If returned again, store credit only.
Refunds:
First-time customers: Refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Returning customers: Refunds only for faulty or missing items, subject to approval by Whina Cooper LTD.
Change-of-mind and size refunds are not covered under ACCC or NZ Consumer regulations.
Return Labels & Process:
Free return labels for faulty or incorrect items.
Customer covers return shipping for all other returns.
All returns must be processed via our portal—tracking number required.
Photo evidence required for faulty items (max 6 images, 5MB each).
Whina Cooper LTD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will be recovered.
