We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation unless PRE-ORDER. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within New Zealand: 2-4 business days.

International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

As with all natural fibres, some pilling may occur in areas of friction over time. This is a normal characteristic of the fibre, not a fault. A fabric comb or lint shaver will restore the surface easily.

To preserve the quality of your garment:

• Hand wash in cold water with a gentle wool wash
• Do not wring or tumble dry
• Lay flat to dry, reshape while damp

Treat it well, and it’ll return the favour.

Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are only available for faulty or incorrect items.
